Inventory Analyst (w/m/d):

Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V.

is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field
• Sound understanding of automotive industry, service parts, procurement, logistics and inventory.
• Good understanding of global SCM and inventory management
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines
• Ability to analyse data and maintain accuracy with attention to detail
• Relevant IT literacy: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel), SQL, RDBMS
• Good skills in communication and coordination, internally and externally
• Fluent in English and Korean
• Strong sense of responsibility for tasks and jobs
• Open minded to understand multinational colleagues

Your tasks:

• Monitoring and analysing inventory KPI (inventory amount, MOS, fill rate, back orders and etc) to measure effectiveness of inventory strategies and initiatives
• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and presentations on inventory performance to support inventory planners
• Analysing data and communicating with concerned parties to find out root causes of performance variances and seeking out improvement plan in cooperative manner
• Preparing and sharing monthly stock adjustment report and assisting annual scrap process being done through the system
• Providing monthly classification analysis and updating criteria in the system after approval
• Providing and supporting data analysis to contribute to improvement of inventory management strategy
• Coordinating and communicating with PDCs' inventory operation for reporting and for preparations of meeting materials in timely manner
• Recommending improvement in reporting process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Assisting system improvement (AMOS)
• Participating in system improvement project by assisting preparation of proposal
• Preparing guideline for planners in case any major changes are made in the system
• Managing PEI department budget
• Processing spending and ensuring that expenses are within budget limits
• Supporting and advising PEI members and leaders to ensure the budget is allocated and spent appropriately
• Supporting quality management group
• Forecasting demand and placing timely purchase order(SEA) considering field requirement(target VIN) to maintain optimal stock level and availability
• Placing purchase order(AIR/Transfer) in order to prevent/solve backorder in adequate use of freight expenditure without exceeding annually planed budget
• Updating and maintaining accurate field service parts information in AMOS
• Monitoring field service progress by NCS and coordinating with PDCs' inventory planners when needed
