Jetzt hast Du die Chance, als Business Development Coordinator (m/w/d) in unserem Büro in Berlin in unser erfolgreiches Business Development Team in Europa einzusteigen. In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnerinnen und Partnern und Sektorleiterinnen und -leitern wirst Du eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Erstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen Präqualifikationen und Angeboten in einer Vielzahl von Sektoren wie Wirtschaft, Kultur, Wissenschaft & Technik, Bildung, Sport und mehr spielen.

Du wirst unsere Arbeitsgemeinschaft bei der Aufrechterhaltung einer starken Projektpipeline für Deutschland unterstützen. Die Rolle beinhaltet die Koordination und Vorbereitung von Präqualifikationsunterlagen und Angebotseinreichungen für eine Reihe unserer Schwerpunktbereiche. Du berichtest an unseren Head of Business Development Europe und bist Teil unseres Europa-BD-Teams, das sich auf unsere Büros in Berlin, München, Warschau, Kopenhagen und Rotterdam verteilt - weitere werden folgen.

Aufgaben

Der Hauptschwerpunkt dieser Funktion liegt auf drei Schlüsselbereichen:
Angebotskoordinierung
- Überprüfung der Angebotsunterlagen, Ermittlung von Anforderungen und Fristen sowie Aufzeigen möglicher Probleme
- Teilnahme an Angebots-Kick-off-Meetings, um die Angebotsthemen, die wichtigsten Teammitglieder und Referenzprojekte zu erfassen
- Ad-hoc-Recherchen nach Bedarf, insbesondere zu Organisationen und Projektmöglichkeiten, um die Erstellung von Angeboten zu unterstützen. Überprüfung der von den technischen Teams eingereichten Angebote anhand der Ausschreibungskriterien, Hervorhebung möglicher Informationslücken und Sicherstellung, dass wir die Anforderungen des Kunden verstanden und eine maßgeschneiderte und zielgerichtete Antwort entwickelt haben
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Einreichungen gut verfasst sind, den Anforderungen des Kunden entsprechen und mit den vereinbarten Themen, der Marke Buro Happold und unserer Unternehmensbotschaft übereinstimmen
- Zusammenstellen von Bewerbungsunterlagen - Überprüfung der Richtigkeit der Angaben, Korrekturlesen und Rechtschreibprüfung
- Kommunikation und Koordinierung der grafischen Anforderungen mit dem Grafik-Team
- Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Erstellung von Materialien für Kundenpräsentationen im Rahmen des Angebotsverfahrens
- Erforderlichenfalls das kaufmännische/juristische Team informieren, um sicherzustellen, dass die kommerziellen/gesetzlichen Anforderungen erfüllt werden
- Sicherstellen, dass die externe Kommunikation mit den Markenrichtlinien und den verfügbaren Angebotsvorlagen in Einklang stehen
- Möglicherweise auch Anfragen, Projektchancen und Angebote identifizieren und mit dem breiteren BD-Team zusammenarbeiten, um die Pipeline zu pflegen.
- Erfassung und Weitergabe von Best Practices
- Erfassen und Weitergeben von Antwortvorlagen und ausgearbeiteten Projektbeschreibungen
- Sammeln, Weitergeben und Verbreiten von Best Practices und Erkenntnissen aus Angebotsrückmeldungen
- Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen zur Sicherstellung von optimalen Vorgehensweisen

Berichterstattung
- Unterstützung bei der Datenbereinigung für die monatlichen Managementberichte
- Unterstützung bei der Berichterstattung zum Key Relationship Management (KRM)
- Unterstützung bei Sektor
- und Marktberichten nach Bedarf

Qualifikation
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Marketing, Verwaltung, Geisteswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, einschließlich guter Kenntnisse im Schreiben und Redigieren von Texten
- Ausgeprägte IT-Kenntnisse, einschließlich InDesign, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tabellenkalkulationen und Datenbanken
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher - fließend in Englisch - Polnisch oder Niederländisch von Vorteil

Wünschenswerte Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Koordinierung und im Management knapper Fristen
- Frühere Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Marketing, Geschäftsentwicklung und Angebotskoordination
- Frühere Erfahrungen in einem Architekturbüro, im Ingenieurwesen oder in der Baubranche wären von Vorteil. Du kannst auch einschlägige Erfahrungen aus Praktika oder Studentenjobs mitbringen
