Mechanical Engineer (all genders)

Zur Unterstützung unseres Product Development Teams, an der Schnittstelle zwischen Design und Fertigung, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mechanical Engineer (all genders) in Vollzeit.

TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH & VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Produkten (Brillenfassungen, Peripherieprodukte) und Technologien in engem interdisziplinärem Austausch zwischen Design, Qualität und Produktion Entwicklung und Integration von neuen/innovativen Produktions- und Anlagetechnologien Konstruktion von Werkzeugen, Werkstückaufnahmen und Hilfsmitteln für robuste und effiziente Serienfertigung mittels CAD-Software SolidWorks Umsetzung von CAD-Konstruktionen in Produktionsdaten sowie technische Zeichnungen unter Berücksichtigung fertigungstechnisch bedingter Toleranzen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Zulieferer oder interner Produktion Recherche und Beauftragung externer Dienstleister für Prototypen, Testreihen und Nullserien Unterstützung der Qualitätsabteilung bei der Auswahl/Entwicklung geeigneter Messmittel Betreuung des Produkts über den gesamten Lebenszyklus

PROFIL & QUALIFIKATIONEN

Abgeschlossenes Maschinenbaustudium, alternativ Weiterbildung zur/zum Techniker:in oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung Berufserfahrung auf relevanten Gebieten vorteilhaft Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Gutes technisches Verständnis für Mechanik und Fertigungtechnologien, speziell im Umfeld der Metall- und Kunststoffbearbeitung und additiven Fertigungstechnologien Hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Produktentwicklung und Fertigungstechnologien Sichere Skills in der CAD-Konstruktion, vorzugsweise in SolidWorks Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit von Vorteil Deutsch-Kenntnisse mind. C1-Level und Englisch-Kenntnisse mind. B2-Level Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität & Engagement
