Responsibilities: Diverse and Responsible
- Analyze operational processes using methods based on Lean Management principles
- Identify and evaluate potentials for quality and productivity improvement
- Develop pragmatic solutions and implement new processes in operations
- Lead projects independently in the Operational Excellence field
- Train executives and employees in Lean Management principles
- Ensure the implementation of measures and monitor result assurance
- Provide regular reporting of relevant key figures and KPIs in the area of responsibility
Strengths: Professional and Personal
- Completed degree in Business Administration or technical studies or completed training in the commercial/technical field with relevant professional experience
- Experience in project management, Operational Excellence, and knowledge of KEP industry desired
- Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong goal and results orientation with high implementation strength, as well as teamwork
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Negotiation skills in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
