Your Role as a Multinational Property Underwriter (m/f/d)
- Expertise: You enjoy delving deep into technical content?
- Here, you will be the technical expert for the foreign risks of our large commercial property customers, responsible for risk assessment and risk underwriting with our foreign partners. In close collaboration with our operational units, you share knowledge and act as a multiplier for our international business.
- Underwriting: You are eager to take on responsibility and make decisions?
- Here, you will develop customized insurance solutions and make well-founded underwriting decisions.
- Strategy: You like shaping the future?
- In a great team, you will work together with the product provider, underwriting, and sales teams to develop product and sales strategies for our large commercial property customers. You proactively seize sales opportunities and implement them. In addition to developing measures for strategic portfolio management, you create analyses and reports on this.

Profile
- You have a degree in business administration or insurance business / Technical UW (DVA) studies or a comparable qualified commercial education.
- You have comprehensive expertise and professional experience in the field of large commercial property insurance. Collaborating with distribution partners is not new to you.
- You have experience in implementing international insurance programs.
- You can express yourself well in German and English (both verbally and in writing) and are able to prepare complex technical issues in a target group-appropriate manner.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You have negotiating skills, project experience, and experience in presenting complex topics.
- In addition to being good with numbers, you can create strategic analyses and concepts.
- You enjoy working in a diverse environment. You approach people, love to communicate, and are not afraid to present in expert groups - communication is one of your core competencies.
