Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Leitung des 6-köpfigen 2nd Level Teams (Infrastruktur)
  • Strategische Entwicklung und Realisierung von Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Verantwortung für den IT-Operations Bereich (2nd Level, Service Desk und Customer Success)
  • Teamentwicklung und Coaching für individuelle sowie strategische Ziele
  • Implementierung effizienter Prozesse und Risikomanagement

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in Personalführung mit motivierendem Führungsstil
  • Fundierte IT-Erfahrung mit Fokus auf Netzwerke, Routing, Linux
  • Teamorientiert und empathisch
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und lösungsorientiert
  • Kenntnisse agiler Arbeitsmethoden (Scrum)
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
