Local Unit & Position Description:
We are looking for Invoicing Clerk to join DNV MEDCERT in Germany. The invoicing clerk is part of the Finance & Planning department and reports to the Finance Manager.

The invoicing clerk is responsible for efficient and timely handling of customer invoicing with a focus on minimizing WIP days to maximize cashflow in the business.

Communication with both internal and external clients in a timely, clear, concise and professional manner on all relating topics.

Key tasks for the Invoicing Clerk:

  • Proactive, timely & accurate invoicing in line with company policy and customer contract,
  • Regular WIP review and taking necessary actions related to invoicing activities,
  • Act to recover customer credits according to credit collection process and providing necessary feedback to Finance Manager,
  • Efficient collaboration with project manager and customer service with regards to any customer invoice disputes,
  • Monthly reporting to Finance Manager on WIP balance and overdue customer list,
  • Actively involved in development of new invoicing module and integration of Oracle accounting system.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience in Oracle will be appreciated
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with a solutionoriented mindset
  • Strong client communication skills and ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and with Clients.
