» Your responsibilities: You will provide support in applicant management in the commercial and industrial areas as well as in the area of trainees and temporary staff You coordinate and prepare job interviews You will accompany job interviews together with our consultants You take over the correspondence with applicants, specialist departments and external service providers You will be involved in the search for suitable candidates to fill our vacancies You work conceptually on HR projects and marketing activities with a focus on training You support operational HR management in the area of training » Your profile: You are studying e.g. business administration, psychology, education with a focus on HR Ideally, you have initial experience through relevant internships in the field of HR/recruiting You have strong organizational and communication skills You enjoy working with other people and enjoy working in a team You are characterized by a structured way of working, commitment and flexibility You have a high affinity for IT and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Diversity and equal opportunities are firmly anchored principles of our company philosophy.
