For our Head Office in Munich, we are looking for
V.I.E. Finance with passion and drive, who are citizens of the European Union. You support the business in several aspects, from monthly finance and contribution to reporting budget and ad-hoc finance analysis. You work closely with the accounting back offices (3 countries) to ensure the financial statements.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participating in the preparation of a detailed monthly analysis of revenue and profit margin, and monthly cost analysis by cost center and cost type
  • Preparing and reviewing of monthly reporting for the French parent company
  • Participating in budget planning and reviews in accordance with group requirements, and creating budget presentations
  • Analyzing relevant KPIs, cooperating in audits, and assisting with ad hoc business and financial control projects
  • Supporting implementations of financial and IT projects as well as internal control and implementation of processes

Profile:

  • Graduated from a master's degree of a business school or a university
  • First experience in a similar position within an international group is a plus
  • Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts quickly
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Prioritization and time management skills in a fastpaced environment
  • Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
