Als Teil unseres internationalen circa 80-köpfigen Teams arbeitest Du in unserer neuen Location am Standort München. Vervollständige unser Team mit Deiner Leidenschaft für Luxusuhren und Deinem Engagement und gestalte die Eröffnung unserer neuen CHRONEXT Boutique in München mit.

Werde ab März 2024 in Vollzeit, zunächst befristet für ein Jahr, Teil von CHRONEXT und arbeite mit unserem CHRONEXT-Team am Standort München

Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Koordinierung und Durchführung persönlicher Kundentermine zur Übergabe von Luxusuhren und vertrittst CHRONEXT gemeinsam mit unserem Team in unserer Location am Standort München
- Du beantwortest Anfragen unserer Kunden im gesamten Verkaufs- und Beratungsprozess und wickelst die Multi-Channel-Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden über Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, Whatsapp, Instagram sowie in Person ab
- Du bist für den kompetenten Verkauf des CHRONEXT-Portfolios verantwortlich und stellst reibungslose operative sowie administrative Abläufe sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit operativen Schnittstellen Teams von CHRONEXT zusammen und stehst im pro-aktiven Austausch mit diesen Teams

Du hast erfolgreich eine Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder ein Studium absolviert und verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice/Sales/Retail
- Du hast idealerweise bereits mit einem Ticketing- oder CRM-System wie FreshDesk oder ähnlichem gearbeitet und sprichst neben Deutsch auch fließend Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
