Ihre Aufgaben- Du berätst bei der fertigungsgerechten Konstruktion, beschaffen Materialien, Halbfertigteile und Fertigprodukte und fertigen oder veredeln mechanische Bauteile und Konstruktionen durch die Verarbeitung verschiedener Werkstoffe (Metall, Kunststoff, Holz) und du montierst und wartest Prüfstände und -anlagen, einschließlich der Einrichtung und Einstellung von Geräten und Maschinen
- Du fertigst Einzelteile, Baugruppen, montierst Prüfstände und unterstützt bei der Inbetriebnahme und Wartung
- Du instrumentierst Prüfstände und fürst selbstständig einfache Versuche durch, zum Beispiel an Batterie-Cycler
- Du wirkst mit bei administrativen Aufgaben zur Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung der Funktionsfähigkeit des Test Operations Teams und seiner Einrichtungen (z.B. bei der Erstellung von Prozessen, Vorlagen und technischer Dokumentation)
- Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmacher, Stahlbauschlosser, Anlagenmechaniker, Fachkraft für Montagetechnik, Feinwerk-, Fertigungs-, oder Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung im metallhandwerklichen Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung und breites technisches Verständnis im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau . Idealerweise verfügst Du darüber hinaus über Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit elektrische Systemen, v.a. Energiespeichersystemen
- Erfahrungen mit der Arbeit in einer Testumgebung in der Automobil- oder Luft- und Raumfahrtbranche von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der Herstellung, Montage, Änderung und Reparatur von mechanischen Geräten durch manuelle und maschinelle Bearbeitung, wie zum Beispiel Fräsen, Drehen, Sägen, Bohren, Schweißen, Biegen, Schleifen, Schneiden, Schrauben, Nieten, Löten, Kleben
- Hohes Maß an Organisations- und Vernetzungstalent
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Standard-IT-Software wie MS-Office und fähig, dich in kurzer Zeit in unbekannte Softwaretools einzuarbeiten (z.B. Datenbanken)
- Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift . Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Führerschein der Klasse B (PkW) ist erforderlich.
