If you want to take on responsibility as a leader and contribute to a culture of appreciation, then support the market management in our REWE store with all tasks at hand and if necessary, also in a substitute role:

• Implement not only the REWE sales concept, but also actively contribute with your ideas to shaping the assortment and implementing advertising and sales measures.
• Manage sales, costs, and inventory development as well as the implementation of quality management.
• Support your team with advice and action, lead by example, and create schedules.
• A culture of appreciation on equal terms and a trustworthy cooperation are a matter of course for you.
• Provide competent advice and courteous service to ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with your eye for detail.
• Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.

• Your commercial education, preferably in the food retail sector - your degree as a retail management professional is a plus.
• Ideally, your professional experience as a market management assistant or as a sales leader.
