Unser Partner hat eine innovative SaaS-Lösung für Customer Experience / Customer Service entwickelt. Diese Plattform ermöglicht es Anwendern, ihre Kunden-Interaktionen (egal ob Telefon, Chat, WhatsApp oder E-Mail) kundenfreundlicher zu gestalten und zu automatisieren. Das "No-Code-Automation" Tool erlaubt auch nicht-technischen Mitarbeitern komplexe, z.B. mit dem CRM integrierte Prozesse erstellen und automatisieren können.

Typischerweise kämpfen Customer Service Organisationen heute mit alten / schlecht vernetzten Systemen und können so z.B. nur schwer E-Mail, Chat und Telefonie gleichzeitig anbieten. Kundenzufriedenheit und Kosten pro Ticket bergen in diesen Organisationen noch deutliches Verbesserungspotential.

Das Unternehmen vertreibt die Lösung erfolgreich global und hat mit "EnBW New Ventures" und "IBB Ventures" mehrere starke Investoren an seiner Seite.

Für den Ausbau in der DACH-Region wird das Team um einen Enterprise Account Executive (m/w/d) erweitert.

Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für den Ausbau der Kunden in der DACH-Region
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Neukunden und verantwortlich für das Management der Kundenbeziehung
- Umsetzung von neuen Initiativen, wie z.B Go-to-Market-Strategien
- Management der eigenen Pipeline und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit insbesondere mit Customer Success Team, um maximale Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten

Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb von komplexen IT Produkten / Dienstleistungen (z.B. SaaS, Software, Hardware, IT Dienstleistungen)
- Idealerweise: Erfahrung in der Arbeit und Kommunikation mit Abteilungsleitern / Geschäftsführern / Vorständen in Großunternehmen
- Du bist eher Hunter als Farmer, da Dein Territory eine "grüne Wiese" ist
- Pragmatische und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Fließendes Englisch für die interne Kommunikation
