Function:

 

  • As a Management Team Leader member, you will
  • Define and deploy the Quality Policy across the company;
  • Be responsible for product conformity with internal and external requirements (standards, regulatory and statutory, interested parties...);
  • Lead the Quality Team (Quality Assurance and Quality Control);
  • Support internal and external Quality Issue Resolution with cross-functional Teams (Production, R&D, Process Improvement, Technical Services) and enable Lessons Learned;
  • Ensure the understanding and execution of effective quality documents & tools through trainings and coaching;
  • Ensure effective metrology for production equipment & instruments and support Production for process capability analysis, quality control and improvements;
  • Proficient in leading ISO 9001 certification efforts and has a good understanding of IATF 16949.
  • Regularly formulate the company's quality system operation strategy and make presentations on how to improve it.
  • Lead customer quality system audit with related team supporting.

 

 

Profile :

 

  • You have successfully completed a Master degree in Quality Engineering or similar;
  • You have at least 12 years or longer experience working, experience in Quality management in an industrial environment is a +;
  • You have good knowledge of management systems (IATF 16949 and automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) are an asset);
  • You have experience working in the PCB and semiconductor industry and have specialised experience in quality control of electronic materials.
  • You are good at communicating with a variety of global customer, both Asian and European, and you tend to respect different working cultures and try to see things from the customer's perspective whenever possible.
  • You are able to lead and resolve quality issues (internally and externally) that require urgent resolution, and are comfortable in high-pressure situations where you need to resolve issues within limited deadlines.
  • You are good at writing presentations for assignments and are an expert at proposing and explaining annual strategic and quality system improvements.
  • You regularly hold meetings with your team to get feedback on their work and are good at motivating them.
  • You are skilled in responding to audits and have no difficulty discussing quality systems with customers.
  • You are fluent in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • You are a leader, organized, with an analytical mindset and a team player. You have excellent negotiation skills;
  • IT skills : MS Office Package, statistical software (i.e. MiniTab), SAP is an asset;
  • You are willing to travel.
