Einleitung

Als Data Science Team begleiten wir Lidl auf den Weg zu einem datengetriebenen und KI-befähigten Unternehmen. Im engen Austausch mit den Fachabteilungen treiben wir innovative KI-Anwendungen im Business voran.
Im Team stehen wir unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, um dezentral Daten- und Analytics-/KI-Kompetenzen aufzubauen und internationale Synergien zu stärken.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Identifizieren von Fragestellungen mit Fachbereichen aus der gesamten Lidl-Wertschöpfungskette bei denen Data Science einen echten finanziellen Mehrwert für Lidl liefert
  • Bearbeiten von Projekten in interdisziplinären, agilen Teams sowie regelmäßige Präsentation neuer Ergebnisse vor Stakeholdern und dem Management
  • Durchführung von Piloten gemeinsam mit dem Fachbereich, um die Funktionsfähigkeit und den Mehrwert der Modelle und Algorithmen in der Praxis unter Beweis zu stellen
  • Beispielsweise könnte in einer Analyse festgestellt werden, ob die Umstellung einer Werbemaßnahme, des Sortiments etc. einen positiven Effekt auf die Kundenansprache und Wirtschaftlichkeit hat

Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Consulting oder in ähnlicher Tätigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Lebensmittel, Einzelhandel oder Konsumgüter wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL sowie in den Programmiersprachen Python und/oder R
  • Erfahrung mit Regressions- oder Zeitreihenanalysen bzw. Wirksamkeitstests (A-/B-, Hypothesentests)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen und Szenarien zu verstehen, detailliert zu analysieren und die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse einem nicht-technischen Publikum verständlich zu präsentieren
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
