The InsideService Sales Specialist (d/f/m) for Cytiva isresponsible for supporting the full selling process of the entireservice product range to existing customers.

Thisposition is part of the Equipment Service Sales Organization, willbe an on site role either at our facility Freiburg or Dreieich. AtCytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics fromdiscovery todelivery.

What youwill do:

  • Supportsecuring and developing commercial service activities in theassigned sales area, with strong focus on conclusion andmaintaining of service agreements, service contracts, sale of spareparts, sale ofservices

  • Support thecomplete sales process including complex commercial negotiationswith customers on site, if necessary correspondence in a foreignlanguage

  • Close coordinationwith Field Service Sales Specialists, Account Managers, , servicetechnicians and other specialist sales teams in the field in orderto achieve the best possible solution for the customer and tooptimally exploit salespotential

  • support forecastsales and growth opportunities within designated territory, usingsales tools andapplications

Whoyou are:

  • Successfulcompleted commercial training including several years of experiencein selling services, preferably for customers from thepharmaceutical or life sciences industry or several years ofexperience as a customer service employee in the life sciencesenvironment

  • Experienceincluding proven track record of selling services and managingservice contracts, preferably for clients in the pharmaceutical orlife sciencesindustries

  • Stronginfluencing, interpersonal, networking, and communication skills todrive collaborativeculture.

  • Self-starter - ableto manage time, organize and prioritizeworkload

  • Excellent oralpresentation and technical writing skills in German andEnglish.

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:

  • Already deeperunderstanding of Biopharma and Life Science customers’ needs andbusiness drivers, using this knowledge to develop account plans andstrategies

  • Experienceworking in a matrix environment and managing multiple prioritiesthrough successfulexecution
