Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Customer Data Analyst (m/w/d) erarbeitest du Lösungen für aufkommende Fragestellungen zu den Themen Kundendaten und -verhalten, von der Zielsetzung bis hin zu einer datengetriebenen Handlungsempfehlung.
…konkret heißt das:

  • Entwicklung und Analyse von Segmentierungs-/ und Personalisierungsstrategien, um das Nutzungserlebnis in unserer App zu optimieren und den Kundenwert zu steigern
  • Selbstständige Analyse von unternehmenseigenen sowie externen Daten bspw. im Hinblick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit oder den Effekt auf die Kundenansprache
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Bereich Data Science zur Industrialisierung der Datenprodukte
  • Ansprechpartner für internationale Schnittstellen im Bereich Kundendatenanalysen
Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, Marktforschung oder im CRM Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Lebensmittel, Einzelhandel oder Konsumgüter wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL sowie in den Programmiersprachen Python und/oder R
  • Umfassendes Wissen über statistische Methoden und Anwendung von Machine Learning sowie Erfahrung mit der Nutzung und Implementierung von Recommender Systems
  • Analytische, strukturierte und methodisch fundierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte einfach zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
