TheManufacturing/Process Engineer (m/f/d) forBeckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for drive innovation andnew ideas to improve productivity and automation in the assemblyline.


This position is part of theTechnical Operations team located in Baierbrunn/Munich and will beon-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlesslyreimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. Inthis role, you will have the opportunityto:

  • Driveinnovation and new ideas to improve productivity and automation inthe assembly line

  • Driveengineering changes in collaboration with the R&D team andensure correct implementation of designchanges

  • Act as a changeleader to define manufacturing methods (like work instructions,tools, jigs, Process-FMEA and check lists) for new and existingproducts

  • Evaluate neededinvest and assembly time of new production lines and cost savingprograms

  • Define and providetest equipment, ensure correct documentation and support validationprojects

  • Design newpackagingmethods

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude:

  • Master’sdegree in Manufacturing/Production orProcess Engineering or similar and some work-related experience inmanufacturing processes (+2years)

  • Experience in theimplementation of design changes in a manufacturingenvironment

  • Know-how in DataAnalyst projects (e.g. PowerBI)

  • Experience in workingwith interdisciplinary teams and implementing new ideas to improveproductivity

  • Proficient inMicrosoft 365 apps and Project Management Tools (e.g. Miro,Smartsheet)

  • Proficient inCAD & Simulation (e.g.Solidworks)

  • Experience inlean manufacturing through QCC or Kaizens Eventleadership

  • Proficiency inEnglish andGerman

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:

  • Experiencein internal and external ISO 13485audits

Zuden wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stellegehören:

  • Master-Abschlussin Fertigung/Produktion oder Verfahrenstechnik oder ähnlichem undeinige Berufserfahrung in Fertigungsprozessen (+2Jahre)
  • Erfahrung in der Unterstützung vonOutsourcing-Projekten
  • Erfahrung inDatenanalyseprojekten (z.B. Power BI)
  • Erfahrungin der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und derUmsetzung neuer Ideen zur Verbesserung derProduktivität
  • Beherrschung von Microsoft365-Anwendungen und Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. Miro,Smartsheet)
  • Beherrschung von CAD Simulation(z.B. Solidworks)
  • Erfahrung in der LeanManagement durch QCC oder KaizensEventleitung
  • Gute Deutsch- undEnglischkenntnisse
