Senior Legal Counsel - Hamburg Unser Mandant, ein führender Entwickler und Betreiber erneuerbarer Energieprojekte in Europa, sucht einen Senior Legal Counsel, um komplexe Vorhaben in den Bereichen Solarenergie, Windenergie und Batteriespeichersysteme zu unterstützen. Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt auf der Vertragsgestaltung, regulatorischen Fragestellungen sowie Corporate Governance in einem internationalen Umfeld. Aufgaben Erstellung und Prüfung verschiedenster projektbezogener Verträge, darunter SPA, EPC-Verträge, O&M-Verträge, Finanzierungsunterlagen, Grundstückskauf und pachtverträge, PPAs sowie weitere kommerzielle Vereinbarungen. Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten, Kunden, Partnern und Behörden. Analyse regulatorischer und genehmigungsrechtlicher Themen in Entwicklungs, Bau und Betriebsphasen zur Sicherstellung der Compliance. Betreuung des Corporate Housekeepings von Projektgesellschaften (Erstellung von Protokollen, Beschlüssen, Vollmachten, Änderungen in der Geschäftsführung). Steuerung und Koordination externer Rechtsberater, um sicherzustellen, dass die Beratung den geschäftlichen Anforderungen und Zeitplänen entspricht. Identifikation rechtlicher Risiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Risikominimierungsstrategien im Einklang mit den unternehmerischen Zielsetzungen. Anforderungen Volljurist in mit deutscher Qualifikation. Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung nach der Qualifikation im Energie oder Infrastruktursektor, idealerweise mit internationaler Ausrichtung. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Gesellschaftsrecht und Finanzierungsrecht. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, weitere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil. Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Starkes kommerzielles Verständnis für komplexe Energie und Infrastrukturprojekte.
