To be close to its customers worldwide, VIA optronics also operates sales offices in Taiwan and the USA.As one of the leading companies for interactive display solutions with core competence in the areas of optical bonding, touch sensors and camera technology, VIA optronics with its approximately 600 employees worldwide develops and produces customer-specific solutions for the consumer, industrial and automotive sectors.As part of our growth and to complement our team, we would like to fill the position Sales Manager Industrial - EMEA (m/w/d) for our Nuremberg location:Your tasks: Customer Acquisition and Relationship DevelopmentAcquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships in automotive and industrial sectorsAnalyze customer structures and identify key decision-makers to build effective contact networks.Sales Execution & NegotiationDevelop customer-specific strategies and solutions based on individual needsCreate and present customized offers; support contract preparationLead pricing and contract negotiations independently in line with company policiesCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Product Management, Production) to align on customer requirementsProvide field insights to support product development and strategic planningYour Profile:5–8 years of sales experience in the industrial and/or automotive supplier industry, ideally with exposure to the display marketDegree in Business Administration or equivalent qualificationFluent in German+English, comfortable working across cultures and international marketsStrong technical understanding and ability to translate customer needs into viable solutionsExcellent communication skills, team-oriented, with a structured and solution-focused approachOpen for business travels national+international approximately 50% of the timeThis is very important to usWe are a growing company, and our success is based on teamwork and innovation.
