Export Compliance Manager (w/m/d) Über den Bereich Für den Bereich „Compliance“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n "Group Export Compliance Officer (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm oder Taufkirchen. Die Funktion der „Export-Compliance“ ist auf oberster Ebene im Bereich "General Counsel" angesiedelt. Fachlich verknüpft diese Zuordnung die Aufgabe mit weiteren zentralen Themen und bietet so kurze Abstimmungswege. Die ausgeschriebene Stelle umfasst die Governance über alle Unternehmen der HENSOLDT AG, mit der Zielsetzung, durch Vorgaben und Beratung Risikofaktoren einzugrenzen. Ihre Aufgaben Beratung zu und die Entwicklung von konzernweiten exportrechtlichen Vorgaben Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des internen Steuerungs- und Kontrollsystems (ICP) und von Geschäftsprozessen, Monitoring, Dokumentation Überwachung / Implementierung von Gesetzesänderungen Teilnahme an internen oder amtlichen Untersuchungen und Audits sowie Due-Diligence bei M&A-Vorhaben Vorgaben für Exportklauseln in Verträgen und Angeboten sowie Erstellung von Trainingsinhalten Ansprechpartner*in für Geschäftsleitung und die operativen Bereiche Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Werdegang Fundierte Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im inter- / nationalen Exportkontroll- und Embargorecht einschließlich Umsetzung in SAP, GTS Unabhängige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Do you want to become part of a future-oriented company?
