We are a leading IT company for lawyers and notaries in the Rhine-Main/Rhine-Neckar region that specializes in tailor-made solutions for our clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as IT Administrator (m/f/d) in the areas of 1st & 2nd level support and/or as Linux Pro. Your tasks: 1st level support: Processing of IT support requests (approx. 30-minute jobs) Support for Windows clients Support with simple server tasks 2nd level support: Solution of more complex IT problems Administration of Windows clients and servers Basic work on firewalls and switches Initial experience in the Linux environment an advantage Linux Pro: Administration of Linux systems, mainly Debian Support of virtualization environments (Proxmox, containers) Maintenance and optimization of Nextcloud systems Planning and implementation of virtualization solutions We wish: Sound knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems Experience with firewalls and network technologies (switches) (Optional) In-depth knowledge of Linux systems and virtualization Solution-oriented mindset and enjoyment of customer contact Ability to work in a team, initiative and strong communication skills Fluent German language skills: You have a flawless command of written and spoken German and can communicate easily in complex situations.
