Für unseren Kunden, einen internationalen Automobilzulieferer mit Sitz im Süden von München, besetzen wir ab sofort folgende Position:

Verpackungsplaner (m/w/d)

DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL

  • Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger SCM-Konzepte mit dem Fokus Verpackungsplanung (Batterie-Behälter)
  • Analyse, Gestaltung und Abstimmung von Logistikanforderungen mit internen und externen Prozesspartnern
  • Planung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung operativer Logistikprozesse für Batterieprojekte in den Werken (Inbound, Outbound, Verpackungen, Materialfluss/-bereitstellung, Lagerhaltung inkl. eventueller Sequenzierprozesse)
  • Selbstständiges Führen von Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf zur Beschaffung erforderlicher Logistikmittel und -dienstleistungen
  • Analyse von batteriespezifischen Anforderungen an die SCM-Prozesse (z.B. Gefahrgut, Lageranforderungen, Havarie, technische Sauberkeit, Recycling)
  • Gestaltung entsprechender Prozesse und Standards, Abstimmung innerhalb der globalen Organisation und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung

DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management oder Logistik
  • Mehrjährige, praxisbezogene Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in Planungsfunktionen und in produzierenden Werken der Automobilindustrie
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit globalen Teams, idealerweise in den Kulturräumen Europa, Nordamerika, China, Korea und Japan
  • Ganzheitliches und prozessorientiertes Denken und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohes Engagement, Flexibilität und Teambereitschaft, Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%)
