Fund Accounting Manager Private Equity | Near Belgian Border

Our client is an independent PSF founded 15 years ago by two brothers, specializing in AIF funds, fund accounting, and tax compliance. Thanks to its excellent reputation on the market, the firm works selectively with high-quality and sophisticated clients, mainly in the Private Equity and AIF space.Your RoleAs Fund Accounting Manager, you will oversee the accounting activities of Private Equity and AIF structures, while acting as a key point of reference for both clients and internal teams.Oversee fund accounting operations for Private Equity and AIF structuresReview and validate NAV calculations and financial statementsEnsure accurate capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculationsSupervise portfolio valuations in coordination with external stakeholdersManage cash flow monitoring and fund-level reconciliationsAct as main point of contact for PE clients, auditors, and third partiesEnsure compliance with Luxembourg GAAP / IFRS where applicableParticipate in the onboarding of new funds and structuresSupervise, coach, and develop a team of fund accountantsReview team deliverables and ensure quality and deadlines are metSupport recruitment, training, and performance developmentFoster a collaborative and high-quality working environmentYour Profile7-10 years of experience in Fund Accounting, with a strong focus on Private EquityProven experience managing AIF structuresBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldFluent in French and EnglishStrong leadership skills with a hands-on and pragmatic approachExcellent client-facing and communication abilitiesWhat's Offered :A key managerial role within a stable and growing independent PSFHuman-sized structure with short decision-making lineExposure to high-quality Private Equity clients and complex fund structuresMeritocratic culture with recognition of performance and initiativeSalary up to €120,000 gross/year, depending on experienceDiscretionary bonusMeal vouchers & health insuranceParking facilitiesExcellent location near the Belgian border At Austin Bright, we specialize in financial and legal recruitment in Luxembourg, offering a confidential and personalized approach.📞 Interested?
