TheIndirect Strategic Sourcing Agent, EMEA willserve as the Indirect Lead in EMEA with a concentration onFacilities, MRO and Fleet. This role will support indirect sourcingprojects and activities in EMEA (based on business needs).Additional support to the indirect sourcing department may berequired based on teamneeds.

These activities willinclude, but not limited to significant interaction with allbusiness units and functions to provide Global Sourcing,Outsourcing, contract Management, supplier relationships andstrategy in line with corporate strategy. The role will requireinteraction with other Strategic Sourcing/Category Managers, bothregionally and globally.

TheFleet responsibilities will include the administrative duties forthe centralized fleet covering various countries across Europe.(Germany, UK, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands)They will provide strategy and an appropriate level of tacticalexecution for fleet. Process and manage all Fleet requests andinventory.

This position willsupport, monitor, evaluate, and mentor the local tacticalpurchasing team members and site leads while ensuring policies andprocedures regarding compliance, commitments, early involvement,supplier selection, supplier evaluation, and supplier developmentrelated to the category are understood and implemented. The role ispart of the Global Integrated Supply Team and will be based onsitein Bad Kreuznach,Germany.

In thisrole, you will have the opportunityto:

  • KeyPerformance Indicator (KPI) ownership: Cost SavingsTarget, Cost reduction, Supplier Payment Terms/Days PayableOutstanding (DPO), e-Auctions, Purchase Volume (PVO), and SupplierPerformance/metrics.

  • Ownershipof Strategic Sourcing Processes and Compliance,including: Cost Savings Project funnelmanagement/execution, Strategic Sourcing Visual Management,Supplier Master Data, and Sourcing Reviewdocumentation

  • Legalinteractions, including:  Supplier Non-DisclosureAgreements, legal interactions between Pall and Supplier(s), LongTerm Agreement & Master Service Agreement (LTA / MSA) review,Data PrivacyAgreement

  • SupplierRelationship Management tasks, including: Supplier Visits(internal and external), Supplier Meetings, Supplier Review,LTA/MSA contract administration. Manage workflow – new vehiclerequest, returns, repairs, questions. Ensuring all fleet membershave proper licensure and up-to-datetraining

  • OrganizationalCollaboration: Liaison with Facilities/Site leads (mayrequire travel to sites or suppliers). Liaison with HR,Stakeholders / Drivers (may require travel to sites or suppliers).Enforce Pall Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing Policies andProcedures. Use data analytics to make recommendations and drivesupply-baseimprovements.

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude:

  • Bachelor’sDegree in procurement, supply chain, or relevantexperience

  • Minimum 3 yearsof experience in category management, global strategic sourcing,purchasing, supplier relationship management, or equivalent for aglobal multinational manufacturingcompany.

  • Minimum 3 years ofexperience in sourcing multiple categories including facilitiesrequired.

  • Minimum 3 years ofexperience in fleet and/or travel experiencerequired

  • Proven negotiationskills, with demonstrated performanceresults.

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:

  • Experience inSAP is preferred.

  • Experienceutilizing electronic sourcing tools (eRFQ, eBid, eAuction,etc.)

  • Fluent English andGerman speaker with excellent verbal and written communicationskills
