Aufgaben Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung eines globalen AI Governance Frameworks Zentraler Ansprechpartner und Berater für AI Governance und deren Operationalisierung im In- und Ausland Bildung einer internationalen AI Stakeholder Community zur Förderung des Austauschs und der Best Practices Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Prozess Ownern zur Sicherstellung der Governance-Standards Prüfung und Autorisierung von KI-Systemen vor deren Produktionsaufnahme bzw. Go Live Erstellung und Verwaltung eines gruppenweiten KI-Registers zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen zur AI Literacy für Mitarbeiter Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium in Recht, Wirtschaft, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Governance, Risk Management oder Compliance in technischen und geschäftlichen Bereichen Tiefgehendes Verständnis relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen und Standards, insbesondere EU AI Act Verständnis für die Entwicklung bzw. den Betrieb von AI/ML Technologien und den Prinzipien von Responsible AI Business Partner Mindset und starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur proaktiven Identifizierung und Lösung von Governance-Herausforderungen Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Management internationaler Stakeholder und Community Aufbau Benefits Spannende Aufgaben in agilen Projekten in der privaten und betrieblichen Altersvorsorge an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT Offene Arbeitsatmosphäre in einer wertschätzende Kultur Freundliches und hochmotiviertes Team Hervorragende Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Optimaler Hauptstandort in Düsseldorf (Betriebsrestaurant, Betriebssport, umgebende Infrastruktur etc.) Überstundenregelung (Auszahlung oder Freizeitausgleich) sowie gesonderte Zahlungen bei Rufbereitschaft 50% Homeoffice/Monat 38 Stundenwoche mit Zeiterfassung Umfassende Sozialleistungen
