Head of R&D Dairy Free (m/w/d)Ihre Herausforderung:

  • In der neu geschaffenen Stelle als Head of R&D Dairy Free (m/w/d) verantworten Sie das R&D Projektportfolio sowie die Produktentwicklungen von Innovationen, Renovationen und Line-Extensionen unserer milchfreien Produkte von der ersten Produktidee bis zur Marktreife - das Verstehen der Consumer Insights, Kundenanforderungen, des Marktumfeldes sowie die Hochland Unternehmensstrategie setzen hierbei den Entwicklungsrahmen
  • Sie leiten fachlich und disziplinarisch das Produktenwicklungsteam Dairy Free der Hochland R&D mit derzeit 9 Mitarbeitern*innen und berichten direkt an den Hochland R&D Director
  • Sie identifizieren Trends und entwickeln langfristige R&D-Entwicklungsstrategien und -pläne, die die Innovationsziele des Unternehmens im Bereich der milchfreien Ernährung unterstützen. Die Planung, Durchführung, Überwachung und Bewertung von Produkt- & Technologie-Entwicklungsprojekten unter Berücksichtigung u.a. von Trends, Consumer Insights, sensorischen wie nutritionellen Anforderungen ist Ihr zentrales Aufgabengebiet
  • Sie sorgen für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Vorschriften und Richtlinien in der Produktentwicklung insbesondere der IFS Anforderungen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften, z.B. HACCP im Entwicklungsprozess
  • In der Zusammenarbeit national und international mit Ihren Schnittstellen wie Marketing, Vertrieb, Produktion und Qualitätsmanagement stellen Sie die erfolgreiche Markteinführung sicher. Sie koordinieren und verantworten das gruppenweite R&D Projektportfolio in dem Bereich "Dairy Free" in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate Commercial und den Hochland Subsidaries
  • Sie agieren als Motivator und Coach für Ihre Mitarbeiter*innen und entwickeln ein schlagkräftiges Team. Dabei setzen Sie zeitgemäße und agile Methoden ein

Ihr Erfolgsrezept:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ernährungswissenschaften, Biotechnologie oder ähnliche Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige (mind. 5 Jahre) Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie (FMCG) mit Schwerpunkt Produktentwicklung und Innovationen, vorzugsweise in der Entwicklung von milchfreien Produkten. Idealerweise mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position mit funktionaler und disziplinarischer Verantwortung 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Englisch-Kenntnisse fließend in Wort und Schrift in unserem internationalen Umfeld, ebenso die Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen ins Ausland
  • Exzellente Fähigkeiten, Arbeitsbeziehungen zu gestalten, Teams zu unterstützen, zu entwickeln und zu inspirieren, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Stakeholdern in einem internationalen Kontext zu kommunizieren und Projekte voranzutreiben
