Your Responsibilities Provide legal support for day-to-day operations in real estate investment, asset management, project development, and property management. Advise on real estate transactions (asset and share deals), including due diligence and contract drafting/negotiation. Structure project companies within the group and with external partners. Draft and review contracts in construction and real estate law. Handle legal disputes and liaise with external law firms, notaries, and tax advisors. Your Profile Fully qualified lawyer (Second State Examination) with several years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of construction and real estate law, plus corporate, investment, and tax law. Independent, structured work style with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
