Le rôle de l’assistant(e) sociale consiste principalement à soutenir et à accompagner les résidents ainsi que leurs familles, en favorisant leur bien-être psychosocial. Il intervient dans le cadre d'une approche globale visant à améliorer la qualité de vie des personnes âgées hébergées.

 

Les missions de l’assistant(e) sociale :

 

Assistance aux résidents :

 

  • Coordonner les admissions et pré admissions
  •  Assurer le suivi social des résidents, soutenir leur entourage.
  • Représenter les intérêts des résidents auprès des services sociaux extérieurs, des instances officielles et judiciaires.
  • Etablir des relations privilégiées en réseau avec les partenaires
  • Assurer la coordination avec les services internes

 

Développement professionnel :

 

  • Participe à des formations continues et se tient informé par la lecture d'ouvrages spécialisés et de recherches.
  • Contribue à créer et à maintenir un environnement de travail collaboratif.
  • Propose des idées réalistes pour l'amélioration des conditions de travail.
  • Aptitude à gérer des conflits de manière constructive.

 

Organisation et gestion :

 

  • Fournit les informations pertinentes à sa hiérarchie.
  • Comble les lacunes d'information pour garantir le bon déroulement des missions.
  • Collabore étroitement avec les différents corps de métier présents dans l'établissement.
  • Gère adéquatement les équipements et contribue à une utilisation rationnelle des ressources matérielles.
  • Respecte scrupuleusement les normes d'hygiène, de sécurité et de prévention des accidents pour assurer un environnement de travail sûr et sain.


Le profil de l’assistant(e) sociale :

 

  • Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme d’assistant social et de l’autorisation d’exercer au Grand-Duché du Luxembourg ;
  • Vous connaissez parfaitement le secteur social luxembourgeois ainsi que l’assurance dépendance
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé auprès de personnes âgées ;
  •  Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et aimez travailler en équipe ;
  • Vous êtes curieux et savez faire preuve d’autonomie et de pro activité ;
  • Vous avez une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
  • Vous parlé français ou allemand, le luxembourgeois est souhaité
