Wir haben daher ab sofort die Position des Senior Solution Designer (m/w/d) an unseren Standorten Heimertingen oder Gilching sowie als remote Tätigkeit zu vergeben.
Im Geschäftsbereich Systemintegration konzipieren und entwickeln wir (hoch-)mobile und verlegefähige Systemlösungen für die Digitalisierung der Streitkräfte. Wir realisieren hochkomplexe, sichere Kommunikationssysteme und integrieren dabei sowohl blackned Softwareprodukte (RIDUX, XONITOR & Tactical Core) als auch unterschiedlichste Übertragungssysteme (u.a. VHF/UHF-Funk, Satcom, LTE), Peripherie (u.a. GNSS-Receiver, Fahrzeug-Intercom), sowie weitere Systemkomponenten. Die Entwicklung nutzt das Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) und umfasst neben Labor-/Entwicklungs- und Testsystemen auch State-of-the-Art Simulationsumgebungen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Spezifizieren technischer Lösungen auf funktionaler Ebene für Gesamtsystemlösungen bestehend aus u.a. IT-Netzwerk, Radios, Peripherie, Strom, Mechanik
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit System Engineering Teams, die die Lösungen realisieren
- Bereichsübergreifende Koordination mit Entwicklungsabteilungen (Hw/Sw)
- Ableiten von Arbeitspaketen auf der Basis von Kundenanforderungen und Lösungsdesign
- Fachliche Führung von System Engineers in einer Matrixorganisation
Deine Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im System Engineering
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung
- Kenntnisse in IT-Netzwerk, Radios, Peripherie, Strom, Mechanik
- Erfahrung in der Spezifikation von Systemintegrationen
- Zertifizierung im Systems Engineering wünschenswert
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Analyse und Erstellung von technischen Systemdesigns
- Grundkenntnisse Sw-Entwicklung und LINUX wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in SysML/UML
- Kenntnisse in der Nutzung JIRA/ MS-SharePoint wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, verhandlungssicher
- Soziale Kompetenz und gutes Kommunikationsvermögen, auch in virtuellen Teams
