Deine AufgabenDu beschäftigst dich intensiv mit den Prozessen, die unseren internationalen Einkauf mit Leben füllen. Hierzu entwickelst du die aktuelle Prozesslandschaft für über 30 Länder mit innovativen Lösungen weiter und trägst so maßgeblich zum Gesamterfolg des Unternehmens bei.
… das bedeutet konkret:
- Verantwortung für die globalen Einkaufsprozesse als crossfunktionale Einheit für alle Food-Warengruppen
- Erarbeitung neuer, innovativer Konzepte und Standards als Prozesstreiber und Partner für über 30 Länder
- Gesamtverantwortung für die methodische Entwicklung und Umsetzbarkeit der Prozesse
- Leitung und Durchführung von Workshops mit den Ländern und den IT-Schnittstellen
- Performance-Monitoring der aktuellen Prozesse zur Entwicklung neuer Best Practices
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Inhouse Consulting, Business Process Optimization oder einer Einkaufsorganisation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
- Selbstständige und methodische Arbeitsweise, um unsere Einkaufsprozesse zu analysieren und neu zu gestalten
- Fähigkeit, Menschen zusammenzubringen und für neue kreative Ideen zu begeistern
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in PowerPoint und Excel
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
