With your skills, creativity, and commitment, you will help us bring our mission to life: giving millions of people a longer and healthier future.Deine AufgabenYou take full ownership of influencer and creator collaborations – from first contact and contract negotiations to KPI tracking and performance reporting.You identify, recruit, and onboard the most suitable influencers/creators for our campaigns on the Italian Market while maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships and expanding our network.You plan, coordinate, and launch engaging influencer campaigns with a focus on the Italian market.You monitor and analyse campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and translate data into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.You stay on top of social media and influencer marketing trends, turning insights into strategic opportunities.You think long-term: you understand that building strong collaborations with the right voices is a continuous journey, not a one-off project.Dein ProfilYou speak Italian at native level. Additionally, you have business-level proficiency in German or English (at least C1 level).You have successfully completed a university degree, for instance in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.You already have first experience in marketing for the Italian market (e.g. internships, working student positions); prior influencer marketing experience is a definite advantage.You enjoy generating actionable recommendations from quantitative analyses and discussing them with top management.You are proactive and remain calm and solution-oriented even when handling last-minute requests.You are a team player with excellent organizational skills, project management expertise, and a hands-on mentality.Über unsKijimea – Proven by Science.
