As a Legal Product Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring regulatory and legal developments at European level, designing financial products and managing cross-functional projects. If you have a 5-year degree in law, insurance or finance, with up to 5 years' experience in life insurance, this is the job for you. Description

  • Maintain a regulatory, legal and tax watch at European level and in the markets where our customer is active, analyzing developments and impacts.
  • Share knowledge and give presentations internally to sales and operational teams, and externally to all the company's partners.
  • Participate in the design and updating of the product range, taking into account the specific features and risks associated with financial products.
  • Ensure the homogeneity and completeness of the underwriting kit, while keeping the customer experience simple.
  • Propose innovative product developments and ensure new product presentations.
  • Draft and validate contractual documents for customers.
  • Help organize and lead Wealth Services/market committees.
  • Represent the company on ACA working groups in the markets for which you are responsible.
  • Manage cross-functional regulatory/product projects.
  • Produce reports for management on project progress, actions taken, forward planning, and alert on risks.

Profile

  • With a Bac+5 degree or equivalent in law, insurance or finance, you have up to 5 years' experience in life insurance, preferably in LPS, or in a legal function.
  • You have excellent drafting and summarizing skills, and are able to handle regulatory and legal issues with ease.
  • Your perfect command of French and English is an asset, and knowledge of Portuguese would be appreciated.
  • Your excellent organizational and project management skills will enable you to carry out your assignments efficiently and rigorously.
