TasksWe are looking for a versatile and proactive Founder's Associate to support our founder and executive team with a variety of tasks to help drive our business forward.
- Administrative help: Draft, review, and manage various contracts and agreements. Prepare and edit report, presentations, etc.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics as needed by the founder and executive team. Compile and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing projects across different departments. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- General Support: Provide general support to the founder and executive team as required. Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects, such as: coordinating and planning company events, meetings, and conferences. Handle logistics, vendor relations, and event execution.
- Excellent English written and spoken
- German is a big plus ()
- Highly and intrinsically motivated about the topic (longevity, life extension, etc)
- Proven experience in an administrative, project management, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
