HAUPTAUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

Der Senior Category Growth Manager verantwortet in Abstimmung mit dem Director Category Growth die kommerziellen Strategien für seine Kategorie/ sein Segment auf Basis von Shopper, Kunden und Market Insights mit dem Ziel, das Geschäft für Coty über dem Durchschnitt des Marktes zu entwickeln. Geographischer Rahmen ist DACH (Deutschland + Österreich + Schweiz).

Weiterhin entwickelt er/sie überzeugende Handelsargumentationen als Grundlage für strategische Kundentermine.

Als Teil des interdisziplinären Business Teams verantwortet er weitgehend selbständig die zugewiesene Kategorie und bringt aktiv die Sales-Perspektive in die Gate-Meetings als auch S&OP-Meetings ein mit entsprechenden Risks & Opportunities.

  • Eigenständiges Entwickeln & Erstellen von Business Plänen und Kategorie Vermarktungsstrategien incl. Conceptual Selling
  • Erstellen und Umsetzen von schlagkräftigen Initiativen innerhalb der 4P (Product/ Place/ Promotion/ Price)
  • Entwickeln und Umsetzen von “Go To Market” Strategien für Neuprodukte oder neue Vertriebskanäle in der Region DACH
  • Entwicklung von Pricingkonzepten und strategischen Handelsargumentationen, gerade im Hinblick auf Mix/ SRM
  • Defintion der Produkt-Listenpreise und Check der Handelsmarge
  • Festlegen von Coty Category Kernsortimenten
  • Entwickeln und Umsetzen von innovativen Launch- und Zweitplatzierungskonzepten (stationär und e-retail)
  • Erstellen von wachstumsorientierten Kanal-Vermarktungsstrategien
  • Ein- und Abverkaufstracking der entwickelten Initiativen
  • Berechnung und Tracking von P&L der entwickelten Initiativen / ROI
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Sales / Marketing/ Instore Excellence / Finance / Supply sowie global Marketing und global & regional Trade Marketing
  • Projektauswertung (Ex-Post Betrachtung anhand von Abverkaufszahlen)
  • Planen, Überwachen und Steuern des Instore Promotions, Tester und Sample Budgets unter Berücksichtigung der Markenprofitabilität für die Kategorie
  • Unterstützen des Key Account Managements im Rahmen von Strategieterminen
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des/der Category Growth Manager für die verantwortete Kategorie/Segment
