Perform and develop protein analytical methods, with a primary focus on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Utilize additional analytical techniques such as spectroscopic methods and capillary electrophoresis to analyze and characterize protein samples Interpret and report data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical method development and suitability assessment Participate in troubleshooting and maintenance of analytical equipment Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of automated processes Maintain detailed documentation of all experimental work in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) and other IT systems

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. (no Phd.) Experience in protein analytics, particularly HPLC Familiarity with spectroscopic methods and capillary electrophoresis Basic IT knowledge, including proficiency in G-Suite, ELN, and Chromeleon A strong interest in robotic/automated processes and IT systems is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders Knowledge of German is nice to have The activity is purely a laboratory activity
