Activities- Developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications
- Creating concepts for handling new features in the backend
- Creating and managing GraphQL endpoints on an high-performance Elasticsearch Cluster.
- Maintaining our internal APIs and data connectors
- Continuously reviewing and refactoring our existing code base with focus on code quality, speed and user experience
- Creating cutting-edge data sourcing processes as well as efficient management of existing databases
- Server administration of our dedicated servers and cloud server infrastructure (GCP/AWS)
- Supporting data integration processes (APIs, Web Scraper etc.)
- Strong background in JavaScript backend technologies, especially Node.JS (nest.js), TypeScript
- Sound knowledge in database technologies, especially Elasticsearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Expertise in GraphQL APIs, Kubernetes and Gitlab (CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience in Linux server administration
- Expertise in JS frontend technlogies, especially react.js is a plus
- Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail

IP Pilot is a big data analytics software developed specifically to support IP law firms in their business development activities.
With our software, patent and trademark attorneys can analyze the relationships between law firms and their clients worldwide. This saves them time when preparing for IP conferences or meetings with clients or partners. Furthermore, our accurate, easy-to-use, dashboard-like information help to develop the firm's strategy and business with clients/partners much more precisely.
Which foreign law firms/companies are sending many patent or trademark cases to my country that I could take over? To what extent are other law firms active with my clients? Do partner law firms also work for competitors of my clients? Is the filing strategy of certain companies changing over time? Such questions can be answered in seconds by our software.
IP Pilot is based on complex big data algorithms that evaluate more than 200 million patent and trademark publications. From this we generate thousands of profiles of IP law firms and clients that can be filtered with just a few clicks.
