    Wir setzen gemeinsam die Maßstäbe von morgen – deine Aufgaben

    • Beaufsichtige das Datenmanagement zur Gewährleistung der Genauigkeit und Konsistenz von Informationen mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung neuer Brillen vom Design bis zur Produktion
    • Überwache die Leistungen der Lieferkette (Durchlaufzeit, Menge, Liefertermine usw.) im Rahmen der Produktentwicklungsprozesse
    • Erstelle Leistungsberichte sowie Analysen zur Überwachung des Fortschritts der Aktivitäten anhand der zugewiesenen Ziele und zur Bewertung der Produktentwicklungsleistungen
    • Sei für die routinemäßige Berichterstattung über die KPIs der Abteilung verantwortlich und leite aus den Ergebnissen, wenn notwendig, Maßnahmen ab
    • Agiere als Ansprechpartner für das PLM-System (Product Life Management Centric) innerhalb des Produktentwicklungsteams
    • Unterstütze das Team im Bereich des PLM-Systems, um ein gründliches Verständnis und eine ordnungsgemäße Ausführung der Tätigkeiten zu gewährleisten
    • Erleichtere die Kommunikation zwischen der IT-Abteilung und dem Produktentwicklungsteam und fungiere als Vermittler, um die Ausführung der PLM-Prozesse zu optimieren
    • Analysiere sowie optimiere bestehende Prozesse und identifiziere Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zur Steigerung der betrieblichen Effizienz
    • Stelle eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit multifunktionalen Teams (Produktion, Beschaffung, technische Abteilung, Logistik, Qualität und Produktentwicklung) sicher, um ein reibungslosen Produktlebenszyklus zu gewährleisten

      Du begeisterst uns – dein Profil

      • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management/Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
      • Erfahrung im Product Life Management von Konsumgütern idealerweise im Bereich Fashion/Brille
      • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP
      • Fähigkeiten im Datenmanagement sowie der Datenanalyse mit Microsoft Excel
      • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management, Logistik, IT oder einem verwandten Bereich
      • Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis der Prozesse in der Lieferkette
      • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
      • Fähigkeit, die betriebliche Leistung zu analysieren und Probleme zu lösen
      • Effektive Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
      • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
