terra.studios ermöglicht Wohnungseigentümern mehr aus ihrem Eigentum zu machen, indem der Wohnungsausbau auf einen hochwertigen Standard, sowie die Anmietung dieser Wohnung durch terra alles aus einer Hand angeboten werden kann. Hierfür suchen wir talentierte Unterstützung im Bereich der Planung, Bauaufsicht/-leitung, sowie bei der Grundrissgestaltung und Möblierung (interior design).
AufgabenIm Gegensatz zu anderen großen Unternehmen kannst du bei terra.studios schnell Verantwortung übernehmen und zeigen, was du kannst. Dir wird unmittelbar dein eigenes Projekt zugeordnet und du entscheidest, wie frei du agieren möchtest. Du kannst deiner kreativen Ader freien Lauf lassen und berichtest direkt an die Gründer.
Dein Daily Business:
1. Grundlagenermittlung- Definieren der Projektaufgabe
- Bestandsaufnahme & Dokumentation 2. Vorplanung
- Erstellung von Vorplanung - Skizzen, Entwurfsvarianten – und Details
- Ausarbeitung von maßgeschneiderten Design Konzepten
- Kostenschätzung & Terminplanung 3. Entwurfsplanung
- Ausarbeitung von Entwürfen, Skizzen, CAD-Zeichnung in 2D + 3D, Visuals
- Ausarbeitung detaillierter Raumpläne inkl. Interior Design (Auswahl Möbel & Material, Farb- und Lichtkonzept)
- Zusammenstellung eines Materials – und Farbkonzeptes
- Erstellung eines Kostenplans
- Erstellung eines Zeitplans 4. Projekt Management
- Erstellung von Ausführungsplänen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
- Bauleitung auf der Baustelle für sämtliche Ausbaugewerke
- Mitwirken bei behördlichen Abnahmen, sowie bei Abnahmen von Sachverständigen und Abstimmung mit Bauherren
- Berufserfahrung im schlüsselfertigen Bauen oder im Innenausbau oder Interior Design
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Design, o.ä. mit erster Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Zeichnung ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
- Sicheren Umgang mit Zeichen Programmen wie AutoCAD, Allplan, Revit, ArchiCAD oder SketchUp
- MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Tadellose Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt, Belastbarkeit, sowie sicheres Auftreten
- Teamfähigkeit mit einer strukturierten, eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
