Über die Rolle:

Als Legal Counsel spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Unterstützung des Geschäfts von Riverty und des gesamten Unternehmens in verschiedenen rechtlichen Angelegenheiten. Das Legal-Team von Riverty besteht aus etwa 25+ Kolleginnen, mit denen du regelmäßig interagieren wirst. Die tägliche Arbeit beinhaltet auch engen Kontakt mit anderen Funktionen wie Produkt, Vertrieb, Marketing, Risiko, Compliance, Finanzen und Betrieb. Die Organisationskultur von Riverty ist international und wenig hierarchisch, wobei Zusammenarbeit und offene Interaktion zwischen den Teams Priorität haben, was ein dynamisches und kollaboratives Arbeitsumfeld fördert. Du wirst Teil unseres Teams mit Anwältinnen aus Deutschland, Schweden, Norwegen und den Niederlanden werden und an unseren General Counsel für Rechnungsstellung und Zahlung berichten. Deine Hauptverantwortung wird es sein, unser Geschäft in Deutschland zu unterstützen, eine Rolle, die für unsere dortigen Aktivitäten entscheidend ist.

 

Was werden deine Herausforderungen sein:

In dieser Rolle wirst du an der Erstellung und Überprüfung von Kundenverträgen, Lieferantenvereinbarungen und anderen relevanten internen und externen Verträgen beteiligt sein. Täglich werden deine Aufgaben auch Folgendes umfassen:

 

• Rechtliche Unterstützung und Beratung zu einer Vielzahl von Themen, insbesondere im Verbraucherrecht, Wirtschaftsrecht und Vertragsrecht

• Unterstützung von internen Stakeholdern und fungieren als Sparringspartner für das internationale

Rechtsteam

• Beratung der Organisation über mögliche rechtliche Auswirkungen im Falle von Gesetzesänderungen oder Änderungen des Geschäftsmodells

• Vertretung der Organisation in Angelegenheiten mit Aufsichtsbehörden

 

Das bringst du mit:

• Einen Master-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften mit 2-4 Jahren praktischer Erfahrung im deutschen Recht

• Erfahrung in deutschen Finanzthemen und Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung auf Deutsch

• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, rechtliche und beratende Fähigkeiten mit einer wirtschaftlichen Denkweise

• Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umfeld unabhängig zu arbeiten

• Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Denkweise mit einem risikobasierten Ansatz

• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
