Die Position

Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Product Manager*in (m/w/d) für eines unserer Portfoliounternehmen. Du wirst dabei helfen, die Vision des Unternehmens in die Tat umzusetzen, das Umsatzwachstum zu fördern und die Marktposition des Unternehmens zu stärken.

In deiner täglichen Arbeit fokussierst du dich auf die Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios des Unternehmens, indem du Produktstrategien konzipierst, die den Umsatz steigern und das Nutzererlebnis optimieren.

Werde Teil unseres Portfolio-Unternehmens: Dich erwartet ein Unternehmen, das sich darauf spezialisiert, B2B-Kunden einen schnellen und einfachen Zugang zu einer breiten Palette von Online-Druckdienstleistungen und -produkten zu bieten. Als führender europäischer Anbieter bedient die Plattform über 500.000 Kunden in 30 Märkten.

Sei verantwortlich für:
  • Übernahme einer Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Optimierung des Produktportfolios
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Produktstrategien, um die Marktposition zu stärken und das Umsatzwachstum zu fördern
  • Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbslandschaft und Kundenbedürfnissen, um innovative Druckprodukte zu identifizieren und zu gestalten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, beispielsweise Marketing, Vertrieb und Produktion, um eine nahtlose Einführung neuer Produkte sicherzustellen
  • Verantwortung für die Produktlebenszyklen, einschließlich der Preisgestaltung, Positionierung und Markteinführung
  • Überwachung der Produktperformance anhand von KPIs und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung
Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung im Produkt- und Projektmanagement, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder in der Druckbranche
  • Kreativität und Innovationsgeist, um neue Produkte erfolgreich am Markt zu positionieren
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Kompetenz in der Priorisierung komplexer Aufgaben
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel sowie sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Bitte beachte, dass wir Unterstützung im Fürth Büro unseres Portfoliounternehmens suchen. Die Berechtigung, innerhalb der EU zu arbeiten, ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
