As an Office Operations Manager (f/d/m), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our office environment is efficient, organized, and conducive to productivity and well-being. From overseeing company events to managing office supplies and vendor relationships, you will be instrumental in creating a positive workplace culture for our team by maximizing the use of technology, automation and workplace tools.

  • managing the overall layout and setup of FERNRIDE offices, including desk arrangements, decoration, and ergonomic considerations for employee comfort and productivity.
  • acting as a central point of contact for all workplace-related inquiries, providing information and support to employees and stakeholders.
  • planning, organizing, executing and facilitating company and team events as well as meetings, including but not limited to quarterly events, team-building activities, and meetings for internal and external audiences
  • handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and coordination 
  • ordering and maintaining inventory of snacks, beverages, and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and budget adherence
  • providing general administrative support assisting in developing and managing the budget, tracking expenses and invoices, and finding cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers and service providers, such as facility managers, construction builders, cleaning services, and maintenance crews.
  • ensuring the office meets health and safety standards, coordinating with relevant authorities and implementing necessary measures to create a safe working environment. 
What you will bring to the team?
  • Proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, administrative or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and creative abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
  • Be a key player in shaping the workplace culture and environment for a vibrant team
  • Ability to be onsite four days a week
