You will be responsible for the programs and project management for the entire CMO as well as an interface to the whole HPM business.

Your will be responsible for:

• Lead international PMO efforts, shaping the direction of our programs and projects within the CMO and HPM business.

• Drive strategic activities, advising on alignment, prioritization, and change management to ensure successful outcomes.

• Foster efficiency and effectiveness across PMO activities, from reporting to resource management, for both centralized and large-scale programs.

• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, influencing opinions and negotiating solutions to achieve organizational goals.

• Champion innovation and best practices in project, program, and portfolio management to drive continuous improvement.

• Establish and oversee PMO operations globally, setting the cadence for governance, staff, and processes.

• Coach portfolio, program, and project managers to excel in their roles, providing support and guidance throughout.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master's degree in business, business psychology, applied sciences, or related field.

• Proven experience in leading transformational activities, implementing new processes, and driving continuous improvement.

• Ability to align organizational goals with business value and drive meaningful change.

• Proficiency in change management strategies, fostering high adoption rates and minimal resistance.

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.

• A commitment to operational excellence and delivering results that exceed expectations.
