- Du übernimmst gemeinsam mit unserer wunderbaren Executive Assistant Nina die strategische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Executive Offices
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Abstimmung und Nachverfolgung von Unternehmenszielen sowie bei der Implementierung von Leadership Initiativen
- Du erstellst hochwertige und maßgeschneiderte interne und externe Leadership-Präsentationen für unser C-Level und stellst sicher, dass diese höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen entsprechen
- Du pflegst ein ganzheitliches und partnerschaftliches Stakeholdermanagement, insbesondere mit unseren Investor:innen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss
- Du bist verantwortlich für die inhaltliche Vorbereitung von Events, Meetings und Workshops für unser C-Level sowie das Leadership Team
- Du übernimmst gemeinsam mit Nina das strategische Management und die operative Umsetzung der unternehmensweiten Kommunikation unseres C-Levels
- Du bist ein integraler Bestandteil von cross-funktionalen Strategieprojekten im Strategy & Business Operations Team und trägst aktiv zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung bei
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Entrepreneurship oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Management Consulting, Inhouse Consulting oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem dynamischen und schnell wachsenden Consulting- oder Technologie-Unternehmen mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Workspace und/oder MS Office, insbesondere Google Slides/PowerPoint und Google Sheets/Excel
- Du hast einen ausgeprägten „Bias for Action“ und eine starke „Can-do-Attitude“
- Du arbeitest pragmatisch und priorisierst effizient zwischen konkurrierenden Themen
- Deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten sind herausragend und Du legst großen Wert auf Detailgenauigkeit in Deiner Arbeit
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und überzeugend vermitteln
- Flexibles & mobiles Arbeiten: Arbeite bis zu 70 Tage remote aus dem gesamten EU-Ausland
