Ihre Rolle

  • Sie verantworten die technische Integrität der Mask Verifikation Produktgruppe und stellen damit die Performance unserer Lösungen sowohl bei Auslieferung als auch über den Lebenszyklus beim Kunden sicher
  • als Mitglied des Lead Systems Engineering Teams und des agilen Produkt-Kernteams identifizieren Sie Performance-Trends sowie potenzielle Weiterentwicklungsthemen, koordinieren diese aus technischer Sicht als Teil des Product-Owner-Teams und steuern diese im Produktteam ein
  • Sie unterstützen das Produktmanagement bei Kunden-Eskalationen und überführen dabei möglicherweise unklare Situationen souverän in strukturierte Arbeitspakete für die Priorisierung und Steuerung im Team-Backlog, an der Sie aktiv mitwirken
  • Sie entwickeln Testspezifikationen und Prozesse, wobei Sie die Erfordernisse von Service, Entwicklung, Fertigung, Systemintegration, Qualität und Produktmanagement balancieren
  • Sie gestalten damit die Schnittstelle zwischen den jeweiligen Sektoren fach- und teamübergreifend aktiv mit
  • Sie vertreten die von Ihnen definierten Lösungen gegenüber unseren internen und externen Kunden
  • für Ihre Produktgruppe liefern sie Beiträge zur Technologie-Roadmap im Horizont 3-5 Jahre und gestalten darüber die Prioritäten für die Technologie-Vorausentwicklung mit

Ihr Profil

  • ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium des Ingenieurwesens oder der Naturwissenschaften
  • umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Aufbau oder Anwendung von optischer Metrologie, insbesondere im Bereich der Halbleitertechnologie
  • sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, auch unklare (Kunden-)Situationen zu strukturieren, die Interessen verschiedener Stakeholder auszubalancieren und in ein gemeinsames Vorgehen zu verwandeln
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse der Systems Engineering Methoden im Umfeld der Halbleitertechnologie und/oder des Maschinenbaus
  • hohes Verständnis und Begeisterung für das Zusammenspiel von Service, Systemintegration, Modul- / Systemtests und Produktqualität
  • überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber externen und internen Partnern, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
