Consultant Japanese Service Group - Transaction Services (m/w/d)

Dein Impact:

Als Consultant Japanese Service Group (m/w/d) begleitest du unsere japanischen Mandanten bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung anspruchsvoller Unternehmenstransaktionen – und trägst so zu nachhaltigen Entscheidungen sowie zu erfolgreichen Kaufvertrags- und Kaufpreisverhandlungen bei.

  • Hands-on-Einstieg: Du unterstützt unsere Mandanten im Zuge von Vendor-Assistance- und Financial-Due-Diligence-Projekten (Private Equity & Corporate).
  • Analyse: In deinen Projektenwertest du Unternehmensinformationen sowie Branchen- und Kapitalmarktdaten aus und entwickelst zielgerichtete Finanz- und Unternehmensanalysen.
  • Wertermittlung: Auf Grundlage deiner Analysen identifizierst du werttreibende Faktoren, prüfst geschäftliche Risiken und beurteilst die Nachhaltigkeit von Geschäftsmodellen.
  • Dokumentation: Deine Beurteilung fasst du in Due-Diligence-Berichten, Financial Fact Books und umfassenden Unternehmenspräsentationen zusammen.
  • Sprachvielfalt: Bei der Unterstützung unserer internen und externen Stakeholder profitierst du von deinen exzellenten Japanisch-, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.

Dein Skillset:

  • Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, im Ingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar
  • IdealerweiseSchwerpunktebzw. erste Erfahrungen in Corporate Finance, externes Rechnungswesen, Revision, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Interesse an Rechnungslegungs- und Bewertungsthemen, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office undLust auf anspruchsvolle Projekte
  • Deutsch, Japanisch und Englischsehr gut in Wort und Schrift (idealerweise durch Auslandsaufenthalte vertieft)
