In Ihrer Rolle als Function Lead im Bereich Software Engineering und als Guild Coordinator für unsere Engineering C ommunity übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Führungsposition in unserem Transformationsprozess hin zu Cloud-Native Lösungen. Ihre Aufgaben vereinen strategische Planung, operative Exzellenz in der Softwareentwicklung, und die Förderung einer lebendigen, wissensbasierten Gemeinschaft. Die Herausforderung liegt in der Balance zwischen technologischer Innovation, der Weiterentwicklung unserer Engineering-Praktiken und der Kultivierung einer starken Community-Kultur. Mit über 1.400 Mitgliedern spielt z.B. die SCC Software Craft Community (kurz SCC) eine zentrale Rolle im informellen Lernen und in der Weiterentwicklung der Disziplin Software Engineering in unserem Unternehmen

Das sind die Aufgaben:

  • Führung von technologischen Transformation en , einschließlich der Anpassung an neue Technologiestacks und der Förderung eines kulturellen Wandels innerhalb des Unternehmens.

  • Förderung und Stärkung der Rolle von Tech Leads und der technischen Expertise innerhalb der Produkt- und Feature-Teams.

  • Aktivierung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der technischen Communitys , um diese dabei zu unterstützen weiterhin eine treibende Kraft der technologischen und kulturellen Transformation zu sein .

  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von schwierigen Sachverhalten unter Einbindung der Schlüsselpersonen sowie Ableitung von Konsequenzen.

  • In Zusammenarbeit mit der Disziplin Software Architektur sichern Sie die Konsistenz und Nachhaltigkeit der Architektur sowie deren Qualitätsziele in der Umsetzung

  • Bündelung und strategische Nutzung der Expertise von Senior Software-Engineers, Architekt:innen und im Requirements Engineers.

Das suchen wir: Erforderliche Skills:

  • Sie verfügen über langjährige Berufserfahrung als Softwareentwickler:in sowie Erfahrung in der Rolle des/der Softwarearchitekt:in , mit nachweislicher Expertise in Cloud-Native Technologien.

  • Sie haben bereits breite Erfahrung im Entwurf, Design und in der Dokumentation von Softwarearchitekturen

  • Sie besitzen einschlägige Erfahrungen in der (technischen) Führung von Teams

  • Sie haben ein breites Technologieverständnis (Middleware, User-Interface, Datenbanken, …)

  • Sie besitzen das kommunikative Talent, für Ihre Themen zu begeistern und erarbeitete Lösungen bei der Realisierung souverän zu begleiten
