Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) eDiscovery:

 

Als Teil des globalen Cloud Services Teams übernimmst du eine wichtige Funktion in der Umsetzung von eDiscovery-Projekten. Du nutzt das Potential von Axcelerate, der innovativen eDiscovery-Software von OpenText, um Kundenprojekte ganzheitlich zu begleiten. Ob du lieber in unserem Office in Rheinbach arbeitest oder nach deiner Einarbeitung bequem von zu Hause aus agierst – diese Position bietet Flexibilität ohne häufige Reisetätigkeiten.

 

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

 

  • Du bist die primäre Anlaufstelle für eDiscovery-Projekte und unterstützt unsere Kunden von Anfang bis Ende.
  • Du koordinierst und verarbeitest Daten in unserem modernen forensischen Labor.
  • Du gewährleistest während des gesamten Projekts die Einhaltung der OpenText Qualitätsstandards
  • Du berätst Kunden im Umgang mit Axcelerate und vermittelst den Kunden Einblicke in eDiscovery und Forensik.
  • Du bist Mentor und Coach für neue Teammitglieder.
  • Du spielst eine bedeutende Rolle bei der Verbesserung unseres Kundenservice und der Weiterentwicklung von Axcelerate.

 

Was wir von dir erwarten:

 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Rechtswissenschaften oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets.
  • Relevante Erfahrung im Bereich eDiscovery.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows, dem MS Office Paket (insbesondere Excel), Notepad++ und Command Line Scripting.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich eDiscovery oder Analytics ist von Vorteil.
  • Zertifizierungen wie CEDS, Axcelerate, NUIX, Relativity und Encase sind ein Plus.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
