Das ist das Arbeitsumfeld:

Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Softwareentwickler:in für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Automatisierungsservices Rechnungswesen. Das Ziel der Automatisierung ist, möglichst viele richtige Buchungsvorschläge mit Hilfe Künstlicher Intelligenz zu generieren, automatisch zu buchen und damit Zeit beim Buchen einzusparen. Die aktuelle Lösung basiert auf KI mit statistischer Regression und regelbasierten Algorithmen.

Wir brauchen Sie, um unsere Lösung noch stärker mit KI zu unterstützen und als Wegbegleiter:in bei der Einführung moderner Ansätze von LLM auf Basis von GPT-Framework. Sie arbeiten mit Requirements Engineers und Data Scientisten in einem crossfunktionalen Team eng zusammen.

Das sind die Aufgaben:

  • Sie entwickeln neue Features für unsere Online-Anwendungen mit modernen Cloud-Native-Technologien (überwiegend im Backend – mit Java, Spring Boot).

  • Sie sind mit dem Team verantwortlich für die Buildpipeline, Testautomatisierung sowie das automatisierte Deployment von Applikationen.

  • Sie entwickeln Datenmodelle, -Zugriffe auf Datenbanken und gerne auch Anwendungsoberflächen nach UX-Design in Angular (TypeScript) (wenn die Skills schon vorhanden sind).

  • Sie wirken in alle Phasen des Softwareentwicklungs-Prozesses mit, von der Erstellung der Konzepte über die technische Entwicklung und Tests bis hin zur Unterstützung der Anwender:innen

  • Sie entwickeln Ideen, sind neugierig und tragen mit Ihrer Motivation und Ihrem persönlichen „Blick über den Tellerrand“ dazu bei, die Aufgaben im Team zu verbessern, zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln.

Das suchen wir: Erforderliche Skills:

  • Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Cloud-Native-Technologien (Java, Spring Boot, Reactive, gerne auch Angular).

  • Sie haben einschlägige Kenntnisse in SQL (Postgre), NoSQL (z. B. MongoDB) und Messaging (z. B. Kafka, MQ).

  • Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis von Design Patterns, Clean-Code, Domain Driven Development und nutzen aktuelle Techniken wie Pair Programming, Behaviour Driven Development, Continuous Integration zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Softwarequalität.

  • Die Qualität der Produkte sichern Sie durch automatisierte Tests und den Einsatz geeigneter Werkzeuge (Jenkins, Sonarqube, Fortify…).

  • DevOps Ansatz und Umgang mit Splunk, AppDynamics für Betrieb und Monitoring ist Ihnen bekannt.

Erlernbare Skills:

  • Ihre bestehende Berufserfahrung können Sie in einem komplexen IT-Umfeld erweitern.

  • Sie lernen oder vertiefen Ihre Kenntnisse in Frontend-Entwicklung mit Angular und TypeScript.

  • Sie bauen Kenntnisse im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Automatisierung und Einsatz KI auf.
