Was du machen wirst

Als UX Writer bei Riverty hilfst du unseren Nutzern dabei, unseren Service über alle Kanäle und Touchpoints hinweg zu verstehen und zu navigieren. Du wirst dazu beitragen, die User Journeys über die Riverty-App, Webshop-Checkouts, Rechnungsstellung, Zahlungen und mehr zu verbinden und zu vereinheitlichen.

Du wirst unserem sehr internationalen Team von UX-Designern, UI-Designern, Service-Designern und einem weiteren UX-Writer beitreten, wo du dich für zweckorientierte Dialoge sowie nutzerzentrierte Sprache und Kommunikation einsetzen wirst.

Deine Zeit wird hauptsächlich darauf verwendet, App- und E-Mail-Inhalte zu entwickeln und zu verfeinern – denke an Rechnungen, Zahlungserinnerungen und Microcopy. Du wirst eng mit UX-Designern, Produktmanagern und Entwicklern zusammenarbeiten, um Inhalte für verschiedene Produkte und User Journey zu erstellen, anzupassen und umzusetzen. Ein Teil deiner Zeit wird auch für strategischeres UX-Writing reserviert sein, wie das Erstellen und Pflegen von Richtlinien, den Aufbau eines Content-Design-Systems, die Etablierung und Optimierung von Prozessen, die Durchführung von Workshops und andere Initiativen, um das UX Writing bei Riverty als Disziplin glänzen zu lassen.

Anforderungen

Du wirst in dieser Rolle erfolgreich sein, wenn du über folgende Fähigkeiten verfügst:

  • Schreibfähigkeiten: Du bist ein erfahrener UX Writer, Texter, Content-Marketer, Technical Writer usw. Frühere Erfahrungen als UX Writer sind nicht notwendig, solange du andere professionelle Schreiberfahrung hast. 
    • Du beherrschst es, deine Schreibweise für verschiedene Kontexte, Stile und Funktionen und Sprachen anzupassen, sowie Tone & Voice-Richtlinien umzusetzen.
  • Flüßiges Deutsch (ein zusätzlicher Bonus, wenn du Muttersprachler bist) und sicher im Umgang mit Englisch 
    • Du solltest dich beim Lesen, Schreiben, Sprechen und Durchführen und Beobachten von Nutzerinterviews auf Deutsch wohl fühlen.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und der Zusammenarbeit mit Designern, Produktmanagern, Entwicklern und/oder anderen Interessengruppen.
  • Kommunikation: Du bist ein Profi darin, effektiv mit deinen Teamkollegen und unseren Nutzern zu kommunizieren.  
    • Du hast Erfahrung darin, Komplexität für deine Leser oder deine Nutzer zu runterzubrechen und komplexe Konzepte auf einfache Weise zu kommunizieren.
  • Strategisches Denken: Du erkennst, wie die Wörter, die du verwendest, und die Art und Weise, wie du sie verwendest, das große Ganze formen, und umgekehrt.
  • Affinität zur Forschung: Wenn du in deiner bisherigen Rolle keine UX- oder Verbraucherforschung durchgeführt hast, möchtest du es in Zukunft wirklich lernen.
  • Nutzerzentrierte Denkweise: Du empfindest immer mit deinen Nutzern mit und schreibst, um sie dort zu erreichen, wo sie sind.

Wir würden uns besonders freuen, wenn du eine der folgenden Erfahrungen hast (aber wir freuen uns auch, wenn du mit uns lernst):

  • Erfahrung bei der Entwicklung von Voice-&-Tone-Richtlinien, Arbeit mit Content-Design-Systemen, Inhaltselementen oder anderen Formen der Inhaltsgestaltung und -verwaltung.
  • Ein Hintergrund in Linguistik.
  • Erfahrung mit B2C-Kommunikation.
  • Erfahrung mit Lokalisierung oder Arbeit mit Crowdin oder anderen Übersetzungstools.
  • Du bist begeistert von Content-First-Design.
